We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our Loan Against Property (LAP) sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the LAP sales strategy, managing the entire sales process from lead generation to post-disbursement activities, and building a robust network of channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive LAP sales strategy to drive regional growth and achieve business objectives.">
  • Channel Partner Development: Identify, build relationships with, and manage a network of effective channel partners to generate quality leads and drive business results.">
  • Sales Cycle Management: Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, including documentation management, customer support, and issue mitigation.">
  • Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service, meet their needs, and promote loyalty.">
  • Performance Reporting: Analyze sales performance data, prepare reports, and provide regular updates on sales progress.">
  • Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities for insurance and other related products to enhance revenue streams.">

Requirements:

  • Relevant Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in NBFC or banking, with a proven track record in selling LAP products.">
  • Sales Skills: Excellent planning, execution, and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.">
  • Relationship Building: Strong relationship-building and management skills, with the ability to foster long-term partnerships with channel partners and customers.">
  • Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.">
