We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a ServiceNow Developer.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in support/implementation experience on ServiceNow, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ServiceNow applications, integrating them with various protocols and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Establish quality control standards, monitor performance, and provide regular reports to stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintain and improve existing ServiceNow solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other IT systems to facilitate data exchange and communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications that meet the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of support/implementation experience on ServiceNow, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Experience with Service Portal is advantageous, but not required.
  • ITIL/ServiceNow certifications are a plus, demonstrating expertise and commitment to industry standards.
  • Familiarity with web-based development languages, especially JavaScript and Ajax, to create interactive and dynamic user interfaces.
  • Understanding of ITSM Framework, ITIL, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, GRC, to align service management practices with industry best practices.
