Job Title: Senior Treasury Professional

Level: AVP/VP

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Client Relations team at the AVP/VP level. The role involves managing and growing relationships with corporate clients, delivering tailored treasury solutions, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with corporate clients to understand their treasury needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Drive sales of treasury and risk management products including liquidity, cash management, and investments.
  • Partner with internal teams (risk, compliance, operations, product) to deliver seamless client experience.
  • Stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to provide insights and advice to clients.
  • Acquire new corporate clients and expand wallet share from existing ones by identifying their needs and selling treasury products.
  • Leverage technology and digital platforms to enhance client servicing and efficiency.
  • Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management, client coverage, and revenue growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.
  • Prioritizing a service mindset is essential for supporting clients.
  • Sharp intelligence and market acumen to interpret economic, regulatory, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA/Graduate degree.
  • 8-12 years in Treasury Sales/Corporate Treasury Relationship Management, preferably with banks, NBFCs, AMCs, or financial institutions.
