Director of Network Operations Management

Job Summary:

  • Lead a team of professionals to ensure end-to-end network operations and customer support meet high standards of availability, performance, and service level agreement adherence.
  • Drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to evolve network platforms towards cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a large team of up to 100 members.
  2. Implement process improvements that drive value for the organization, automating routine tasks where possible.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in network operations within telecom or large-scale IT environments.
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management, IT operations management, and analytics.
  • Broad understanding of network domains: inventory, fault, configuration, accounting, performance, and security.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: 15+ Years
  • Certifications in Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), ITIL v4, or relevant cloud-native tools are advantageous.
