Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Lead and manage diverse technical teams to ensure effective CTB and RTB delivery.
    • Foster collaboration and alignment between stakeholders in North America and Europe.
    • Promote best practices for team efficiency, innovation, and skill development.
  • IT Applications Development:
    • Drive the design, development, and implementation of IT applications, including ERP, CRM, SAP, and Oracle solutions.
    • Oversee mobile application development initiatives.
    • Ensure all development processes adhere to industry standards and best practices.
  • Cybersecurity Management:
    • Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity strategies, technologies, and practices.
    • Ensure compliance with security standards and protocols to protect organizational data and assets.
    • Proactively assess and mitigate cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Collaborate across teams to align business goals with IT and security strategies.
    • Facilitate seamless communication and coordination among global teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT applications development, implementation, and management.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing technical teams in a global environment.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or equivalent are preferred.

Estimated salary range: $180,000 - $250,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and location.
