Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack AI Engineer to play a critical role in building and optimizing AI models using efficient, production-ready code.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Build, evaluate, and fine-tune AI models with datasets for SFT and RLHF.

    • Optimize AI models with efficient, production-ready code.

    • Evaluate performance by testing and ranking model outputs.

    • Fine-tune models with datasets for SFT and RLHF.

    • Raise the bar with code reviews, testing, and clean documentation.

    • Innovate by shaping new strategies to make AI more useful, safe, and aligned with real-world needs.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Strong skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).

    • Experience with Node.js or NestJS, plus a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

    • Comfort with modular development, scalable systems, and secure coding practices.

    • Skills with Docker.

    • Excellent communication skills to explain work in English.

  • Bonus Points:

    • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT, prompting, fine-tuning).

    • Background in test-driven development, QA, or automated testing.
