Job Title:

Predictive Model Architect

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI/ML predictive models to enhance business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders to understand strategic needs and data requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation, testing, and validation of machine learning algorithms.
  • Integrate AI/ML models into product ecosystems, optimizing performance and efficiency.
  • Provide expert analysis and interpretation of complex data sets.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging AI/ML trends and innovations.
  • Drive technical vision and strategic direction for AI/ML initiatives.
  • Partner with business analysts and developers to ensure effective utilization of AI/ML models.
  • Take ownership of solving complex problems and applying advanced theoretical knowledge.
  • Define and manage data requirements and data quality assessments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML predictive models.
  • Expertise in machine learning techniques, including regression, classification, clustering, time series analysis, and deep learning.
  • Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Extensive experience with data wrangling, feature engineering, and working with large, complex datasets.
  • Proven track record in model validation and testing.
  • Deep understanding of the insurance domain.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders.
  • Significant hands-on experience working with both structured and unstructured data at scale.
