Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Architect to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internet service providers and vendors to resolve network connectivity issues and ensure high-performance WAN links.
  • Detect and respond to incidents proactively, with clear escalation procedures and communication channels.
  • Provide regular reports on network performance, including bandwidth utilization, latency, uptime, and availability metrics, with actionable insights for network optimization.
SD WAN Expertise:
  • Design and implement private links ensuring high-performance WAN links that connect remote sites with redundancy and failover solutions.
  • Manage SD-WAN solutions, enabling dynamic routing and bandwidth optimization across regions.
  • Implement mechanisms to minimize jitter, latency, and packet loss, ensuring an optimal user experience for global collaboration tools.
Branch Network WAN Expertise:
  • Manage WAN links connecting all branches ensuring redundancy and high availability for office locations and retail outlets across the country.
  • Ensure stable and secure network connections for all branch offices and locations, with real-time monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Leverage L2 network troubleshooting, capacity trend/problem identification, patching, and configuration management.
LAN/Wi-Fi Expertise:
  • Develop and implement lifecycle management of LAN, including switch configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage the Wi-Fi network, ensuring coverage, security, and performance for both office and remote locations.
  • Implement secure, segregated guest Wi-Fi access with appropriate bandwidth controls.
Audit Participation and Documentation:
  • Participate in all audits requested by stakeholders, including filling in required forms and collecting relevant data.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of all requested audit materials.
  • Complete all audit questionnaires and related documents as required, ensuring thoroughness and compliance with the scope of the service provided.
