Job Title: Packing Operations Specialist

The Packing Operations Specialist is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of packing machines to achieve quality product output. The specialist must ensure smooth operations by preparing the machine for packing, performing calibration and cleaning, and maintaining equipment and facility as per SOP.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare the packing machine for operation according to production plan using proper resources.
  2. Perform calibration, cleaning, and set different equipment and machines as per SOP and schedules.
  3. Check suitable change parts as per product requirement and arrange them for batch packing activity.
  4. Operate the packing machines using minimum resources to get quality product.
  5. Evaluate product dimensions and set the machine for changeovers.
  6. Perform in-process checks in packing machines to ensure proper functioning.
  7. Maintain equipment, facility, and block premises as per SOP for audit readiness.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Diploma in Engineering or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in packing with knowledge of handling QMS activities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
