Job Title: Chief Legal Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

As a Chief Legal Administrator, you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing various legal documents including contracts, agreements, memoranda of understanding, and legal briefs. You will also prepare declaration letters and respond to legal correspondence.

Additionally, you will liaise with external stakeholders such as landlords, vendors, and other third parties to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining and organizing legal files, records, and documentation for easy access and retrieval.

You will assist in preparing documents related to vendors, third-party agreements, and stakeholders. Furthermore, you will create and maintain legal trackers and master data, ensuring timely updates of rent agreements, license renewals, and statutory paperwork.

Your role will also involve handling statutory paperwork and ensuring compliance with local government regulations. You will support the legal team in maintaining adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) – mandatory. You should also have high proficiency in typing in both Malayalam and English languages.

A strong understanding of legal processes and documentation is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary to excel in this position.
