Job Opportunity:

As a seasoned circuit designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing cutting-edge monitor IP for SLM monitors using ASIC design flow. You will work on architecting sensing elements for on-chip Process, Voltage, Temperature, glitch, and Droop monitors to track silicon biometrics.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in full custom mixed-signal circuit design, circuit simulations, and custom layout. Additionally, they should possess working knowledge of pre-post-silicon characterization, statistical simulation methodologies, and deployment of new circuits into test chips.

In this role, you will:
  • Develop and refine design flows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to architect new sensors and enhance existing ones.
  • Conduct pre and post-layout simulations and characterization across various design corners.
  • Evaluate designs against advanced finfet / GAA reliability and aging requirements.


We are looking for individuals with the following skills and qualifications:

Key Skills:
  • Strong custom design experience - specification, circuit design description, and schematics.
  • Familiarity with device physics and SPICE simulator concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with circuit design & simulation tools, IC design CAD packages.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in productization of advanced technologies.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with Custom Compiler or equivalent schematic & Layout editor tools.
  • Experience with statistical design methodology like generating and analyzing Monte-Carlo results.
  • Awareness of post-layout extraction & simulation, testing in conjunction with silicon validation.
