Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team in fostering the development of young children. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with young children in a preschool or nursery setting and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for young children to learn, explore, and grow.
  • Foster positive relationships with students and build trust.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities, including storytelling, songs, games, and creative tasks that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Regularly observe and assess the progress of each child, tracking their milestones and developmental stages.
  • Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and provide updates on school activities and events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) certification or equivalent.
  • Prior experience working with young children in a preschool or nursery setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience and empathy to work with young children.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of early childhood development practices and safety protocols.
