We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to spearhead our Continuous Improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for an individual who has a proven track record of driving process excellence and delivering results-driven solutions.

About the Role

The Deputy Head of Training will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process discovery recommendations. Strong collaboration with Operations, OE & Automation CoE teams is essential to drive process transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies to analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement process discovery recommendations to drive business value
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deploy process improvements
  • Measure and monitor process performance to ensure sustained results
Requirements
  • Minimum 9 years of overall work experience, with 4-5 years in Continuous Improvement/Delivery Excellence/Operational Excellence roles
  • Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma principles and process discovery practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to execute projects within agreed timelines
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools
