Senior Quality Management Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to oversee a team responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of map data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Quality analysts to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Identify data quality challenges and implement proactive measures to mitigate these issues.
  • Develop and implement data quality policies and validation rules that meet client requirements and standards.
  • Monitor day-to-day activities of Quality analysts to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality metrics, and client guidelines.
  • Track team performance using data quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable feedback to team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Desirable: Additional certifications in quality management such as ISO 9001 or Six Sigma.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control management with proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Quality supervisory role or 2 years of experience in Quality Analyst role.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Overview:

  • Lead a team of Quality analysts to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality metrics, and client guidelines.
  • Monitor and improve data quality processes.
  • Provide regular updates to Quality Manager on team performance and process improvements.
