Role Overview:
The Senior Manager - HR Operations will oversee the HR operations team, ensuring the successful execution of employee lifecycle management, payroll, compliance, and policy implementation. This role requires hands-on experience in HR operations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to optimize HR processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and productivity. Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration and teamwork.
- PAYROLL AND COMPLIANCE PROCESS PAYROLL: Process payroll, including salary reconciliation, pay slip distribution, and tax finalization. Manage ESI, PF, and tax-related filings, reconciliations, and challan generation. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to optimize HR processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
