About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Learning Experience Designer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing engaging learning experiences that drive business outcomes.

Job Description

The Trustworthy Shopping Experience (TSE) team is responsible for guaranteeing customers a trustworthy shopping and ordering experience on Amazon. We achieve this by eliminating catalog defects, ensuring listings comply with Amazon's selling policies, and providing authentic products in the condition expected by customers.

In your role as a Digital Learning Experience Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. You will design and create learning content that aligns with adult learning principles and systematic approaches.

You will collaborate effectively with global stakeholders, including Training Delivery, Operations, Quality, and Compliance, to identify knowledge gaps and develop technical and non-technical training content. Your expertise will be essential in managing and executing curriculum maintenance review and implementations cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop learning solutions and programs applying adult learning principles and systematic approaches.
  • Instructional design to create learning content that best fits the needs of the learner and business.
  • Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large-scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently.
  • Conduct analysis to identify key tasks/skills to target in the curriculum and perform post-implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics.
  • Collaborate effectively with global stakeholder teams; Training Delivery, Operations, Quality, and Compliance, to identify knowledge gaps, and develop technical and non-technical training content.
  • Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementations cycles.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work comfortably on time-bound projects with multiple priorities; proven ability to prioritize effectively and well-developed time management skills which allow for project management from creation to execution.
  • Proficiency in adult learning instructional design methods and best practices, as well as producing robust learning solutions in a variety of modalities.
  • A proven track record of managing low-medium complex projects, balancing shifting priorities to meet timelines, and quality requirements.
  • Familiarity with SCORM files, setting up Learning Management System (LMS) portals and managing enrollment.
  • Proficient with e-learning tools such as Articulate 360 suite or Adobe Captivate; Camtasia, Vyond, and Canva.

Location

This role can be performed remotely from one of our virtual locations: KA or TS.
