Job Summary:

The role involves planning and executing paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for ROI-driven marketing, and a proven track record of managing campaigns with measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, programmatic ads, etc.
  • Prepare comprehensive media plans and optimize campaign execution to achieve 10X+ return on ad spend (ROAS) in EdTech domains.
  • Utilize programmatic ads and media buying to drive campaign outcomes and deliver high-quality leads.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
  • Manage budgets efficiently and allocate resources effectively to maximize lead generation.
  • Design and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and copywriting content to enhance conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ads and landing pages to continually improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and ROAS, and provide regular campaign performance reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in running paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, programmatic ads, media buying).
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to interpret data.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, DV360, and Excel.
  • Excellent copywriting and creative judgment skills.
  • Good communication and project management abilities.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in EdTech or digital marketing training domain.
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM and lead tracking tools.
