Senior Generative AI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Generative AI Developer to join our team. As a key member of our core group, you will play a vital role in building the next generation of Machine Learning platform and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing Advanced Generative AI Models: Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art generative AI models using techniques like RAG, transformers, and other relevant approaches.
  • Fine-Tuning Pre-Trained LLMs: Fine-tune pre-trained Large Language Models for specific tasks and domains to improve their performance and adaptability.
  • Conducting Research and Development: Conduct research on new techniques for improving the performance and capabilities of generative AI models, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
  • Applying Software Engineering Rigor: Apply software engineering rigor and best practices to machine learning/gen AI pipelines, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and efficient.
  • Evaluating and Analyzing Model Performance: Evaluate and analyze the performance of ML/generative AI models, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize results.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate the development and deployment of proof-of-concept generative AI systems, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and communicate complex ideas effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in generative AI or related fields, with expertise in building data pipelines, deploying ML/GenAI models in production, and monitoring and maintaining their performance.
  • Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in Python, with familiarity with RAG and other techniques for building generative models.
  • Cloud-Based Ecosystems: Experience with cloud-based ecosystems, especially AWS ML/GenAI services, with a good understanding of Linux for managing servers.
  • Git, Docker, and Collaboration Tools: Extensive experience with Git, Docker, and collaboration tools, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
