We are seeking an experienced Program Director to oversee our EdTech initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end management of student cohorts, from onboarding to successful completion.
  • Maintenance of schedules, timelines, and outcomes to ensure timely delivery.
  • Servicing as the primary point of contact between students, mentors, and our team.
  • Strategic engagement of students, tracking their progress, and proactive intervention in case of lagging performance.
  • Provision of comprehensive support to mentors to facilitate high-quality sessions.
  • Design and optimization of post-sales processes to enhance the student experience.
  • Monitoring of key metrics (attendance, completion rate, feedback, NPS, etc.) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Data-driven analysis to pinpoint gaps and implement enhancements.
  • Collaboration with sales, content, and product teams to refine the overall experience.
  • Early detection and resolution of issues such as dropouts, delays, or other operational challenges.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in EdTech program management, encompassing student, mentor, and operational process management.
  • A proven track record of resolving operational challenges through structured solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in data and reporting tools, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adept at driving accountability across teams.
