Backend Developer Lead

As a highly skilled Backend Developer Lead, you will design and develop high-performance backend services using Golang.

You will lead the team in architecting scalable microservices and RESTful APIs, ensuring smooth communication between services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop High-Performance Backend Services: You will design and develop high-performance backend services using Golang, following best practices and coding standards.
  • Architect Scalable Microservices and RESTful APIs: You will architect scalable microservices and RESTful APIs, ensuring smooth communication between services.
  • Optimize Application Performance, Scalability, and Security: You will optimize application performance, scalability, and security, ensuring the stability and reliability of our systems.
  • Collaborate with DevOps Teams: You will collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and deployments, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.
  • Conduct Code Reviews and Mentor Junior Developers: You will conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards, ensuring the quality and maintainability of our codebase.
  • Troubleshoot Complex Production Issues: You will troubleshoot complex production issues, resolving problems quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Backend Development Experience: 7+ years of experience in backend development, with at least 5+ years in Golang.
  • Concurrency, Memory Management, and Performance Tuning: Strong understanding of concurrency, memory management, and performance tuning in Golang.
  • Microservices Architecture and API Development: Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and API development.
  • Databases and Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Messaging Queues and Unit Testing: Knowledge of messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) and unit testing is a plus.
