Role Description

We are seeking a talented Backend Developer (Node.js) to join our engineering team. You'll design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems and APIs for our AI-powered automation platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain scalable server-side applications using Node.js
  • Design and implement RESTful or GraphQL APIs
  • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services
  • Ensure backend systems are secure, efficient, and optimized for performance
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, data engineers, and AI specialists
  • Write unit tests, debug, and maintain code quality
  • Deploy and maintain backend services on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of backend development experience with Node.js
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Experience with frameworks like Express.js or NestJS
  • Database design & query optimization skills
  • Knowledge of authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth 2.0)
  • Familiarity with Docker , Kubernetes , and CI/CD tools is a plus
  • Understanding of security best practices (OWASP Top 10)
