Job Description

As a specialist in pricing and commercial excellence, you will play a key role in driving the team's overall output while developing products or serving clients. Your responsibilities will include preparing presentations, data analysis, and other initiatives under the guidance of a project leader or manager.

Specifically, you will be responsible for overseeing and training a team of analysts across various efforts, developing the next set of specialists, and taking 100% ownership of assigned work streams. This includes ensuring zero-defect analysis across those workstreams, effectively understanding the work plan, and executing it along with applying best-suited analytical tools like Alteryx and Tableau.

You will also collaborate with project leaders on various aspects of projects or intellectual property work, including scope definition, data cleaning, explorations, solution designing, and insights. Additionally, you will help drive conversations through analytics by building dashboards, driving insights through data analysis, and story-lining deliverables to prove or disprove hypotheses.

Furthermore, you will deliver clear and professional presentations to teams, project teams, or managers, and assist in coaching analysts on task execution. You will also support CoE operations like training, recruitment, and work with project leaders to drive positive team experiences.
