Job Title: Assistant Manager- Accounts Receivable

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing the Order to Cash (O2C) process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.

  • Manage the O2C process, including billing, collections, and dispute resolution.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing as per SLAs, with all supporting documentation.
  • Review client contracts to prevent discrepancies in invoicing.
  • Identify and resolve issues such as billing errors, late payments, and AR reconciliations.

You will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a solid understanding of e-invoicing, GST, TDS, and GST-TDS compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the O2C process, including billing, collections, and dispute resolution.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing as per SLAs, with all supporting documentation.
  • Reviewing client contracts to prevent discrepancies in invoicing.
  • Identifying and resolving issues such as billing errors, late payments, and AR reconciliations.
  • Communicating with clients via email and phone for collection of overdue payments.
  • Recording customer feedback and facilitating prompt resolution.
  • Coordinating with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
  • Ensuring achievement of team KPIs and individual deliverables.
  • Monitoring and managing collections in line with contract TATs.
  • Generating accurate and timely reports for collections.
  • Raising payment release requests to Treasury for salary disbursements to associates.
  • Conducting client visits as required.
  • Identifying and escalating high-risk accounts to management.
  • Driving continuous process improvements and best practices.
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly management reports.

Qualifications include a minimum of 7-8 years' experience in Accounts Receivable, with 2-3 years of people management experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
