            Requirements
            • 1–3 years of experience in a growth function
              • Digital Marketing Fundamentals: Strong understanding of funnels, conversion, paid/organic growth levers
                • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and data analysis
                  • Hustle Mentality: Willingness to take initiative, cold email, and prospect new opportunities
                    • Bonus: Experience in SaaS, B2B marketing, or AI tools
