Product Management Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product Management Intern to join our dynamic team.

  • This is a full-time, in-person internship opportunity that will enable you to work closely with customer-facing teams, understand customer pain points, use cases, and market needs.
  • You will collaborate with Product Managers to identify new opportunities for growing the product, scope out product requirements, and work on collateral for sales, marketing, and customer enablement.
  • Your responsibilities will also include supporting the build of low to high-fidelity designs and prototypes that elevate customer experience, working closely with Product Design.
  • You will coordinate with the QA team to test and release product features.
  • Additionally, you will analyse product performance and adoption post-launch, iterating to continuously improve product experience and capabilities.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in product development work, doing market research and opportunity mapping is essential.
  • You should be able to convert unstructured problems into structured ones and communicate them effectively to relevant stakeholders through verbal and written media.
  • Prior software/web development experience and working with the Agile Scrum framework is a must.
  • A basic understanding of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Databases, and APIs is necessary.
  • You should be able to work in an agile and cross-functional environment, proactively collaborating and communicating with design, engineering, and GTM teams.
  • A completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or Business is required.
  • Good to have: Prior experience in crafting high-quality PRDs and high-level design wireframes.
