Job Posting: Data Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned data engineer to drive our data solutions forward.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical expertise and a proven track record of building and managing large-scale data systems.

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in data engineering with expertise in cloud-based analytic data warehouse technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in ETL tools such as SSIS, Apache Beam, and knowledge of big data frameworks like Cloudera Hadoop.
  • Advanced skills in SQL, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
  • Proficiency in Spark for data processing and transformation.
  • Experience with various databases and file formats, including MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, JSON, CSV, XML, and Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker.
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms, specifically AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git and SVN.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
  • Experience with development environments such as IntelliJ IDEA and Visual Studio Code.
