Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our analytics department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data models using tools like dbt (Data Build Tool).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Modeling: Design and build reusable data models to support business intelligence and data science initiatives.
  • Data Integration: Collaborate with data engineers to ingest and transform data from various sources, ensuring high-quality and consistent data across all datasets.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement data testing frameworks to validate pipeline integrity and ensure data quality.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize SQL queries and data transformations for performance and scalability.
  • Version Control and CI/CD: Maintain version control and implement CI/CD pipelines for analytics codebases.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Data Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt or similar data modeling tools.
  • Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
  • Programming Skills: Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
