We are seeking an experienced Varicent Consultant to lead full-cycle implementations from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.

Job Description

This role involves working across key Varicent modules, handling data imports, creating reports, designing workflows, and collaborating with internal teams and international clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver end-to-end Varicent solution implementations.
  • Configure modules: Data Import, Calculations, Reporting, Web Forms, Workflow.
  • Conduct testing (unit, QA, UAT).
  • Support production deployment and issue resolution.
  • Prepare technical documentation.
  • Communicate with global clients.
Requirements
  • At least 2–5 years of Varicent/IBM ICM implementation experience.
  • Strong SQL & ETL/data transformation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage tasks independently in fast-paced settings.
