Campaign Manager Job Description

The Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns. This involves overseeing the full lifecycle of a campaign from initial research and strategy development through to creative briefing, execution and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Plan, develop and execute cross-channel (digital, social, email and offline) marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, sales and product to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Optimize campaigns in real-time to improve effectiveness and ROI.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in campaign management or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads etc.
  • Proficient in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems and Marketing Automation platforms.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp etc.

Knowledge of SEO/SEM and social media advertising.
