Job Description

As a critical thinker, you will analyze complex post-sales concerns and provide in-depth evaluations of multiple factors. Your strong ability to detail difficult technical issues for both non-technical and technical professionals will be essential in this role.

  • You will participate in technical discussions with multi-functional teams, creating an environment of transparency that leads to better products, working environments, and cybersecurity.
  • Quick thinking and support will provide fast assistance to our clients to keep their environments secure.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support to customers and partners.
  • Managing support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.
  • Preparing detailed RCA documents for official submissions to customers.
  • Publishing Technical Support Bulletins and other technical documentation in the Knowledge Base.
  • Reviewing technical documentation for training materials, marketing collateral, manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc.
  • Working with engineering on filling bugs and collaborating with product teams on feature requests.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • More than 5 years of customer-facing technical support experience.
  • Expertise with VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, Authentication Protocols (LDAP, RADIUS, etc.).
  • Experience working with Firewall Central Management Systems and multi-factor authentication security systems.
  • Strong ability to independently debug complex networks with mixed media and protocols required.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Experience with Windows, Linux, and MAC OS (Debugging, Editing Registries, Plist, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience with Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper (Netscreen), and Fortinet products is a plus.
