Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to play a crucial role in ensuring high product quality through automation testing efforts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and DevOps teams to align on quality goals.
  • Identifying and covering edge cases (e.g., time zones, Unicode, scaling boundaries) early in the lifecycle.
  • Improving CI/CD pipeline integration and coverage with automation engineers.
  • Proactively identifying quality risks and owning mitigation planning.
  • Leading root cause analyses of production issues and driving systemic improvements.
  • Reporting key quality metrics (e.g., defect leakage, automation coverage, flaky tests) to stakeholders.
  • Championing continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and test architecture.
  • Participating in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release retrospectives.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proficiency with automation (80-90% of day in/out).
  • Solid Selenium/Playwright experience.
  • Proficiency with Python/Java.
  • Jenkins or other CI/CD experience.
  • Experience in API automation.
