At the forefront of interior fit-out projects, we require a meticulous and experienced MEP Costing Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for delivering accurate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) cost estimates, BOQs, and budgetary analysis for commercial interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for MEP works in commercial interior projects.
  • Conduct rate analysis, quantity take-offs, and budget forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the design and execution teams to identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering.
  • Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance with project specifications.
  • Assist in tendering, bid evaluation, and contract finalization for MEP packages.
  • Track and monitor project costs, variations, and approvals to prevent budget overruns.
  • Ensure compliance with standards, codes, and client requirements in all MEP costing.
  • Provide costing insights to support project planning, procurement, and execution strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in MEP costing, estimation, and BOQ preparation (commercial interior projects preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, ELV, etc.).
  • Proficiency in estimation software, MS Excel, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
