Job Title: Project Delivery Specialist
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented professional to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Master Data Cleansing projects focused on MRO (masters such as Materials, Services, Assets, Vendors, equipment etc). The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring high data quality standards, managing client relationships, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and in line with agreed objectives.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
  • - SPOC for the projects. Ability to work on multiple projects.
    - Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
    - Define project milestones and deliverables, and track progress against plan.
    - Manage project risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
    - Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with best practices.

Client Management:
  • - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
    - Understand client requirements and expectations, and ensure project deliverables meet their needs.
    - Provide regular project updates and status reports to clients.
    - Manage client expectations and resolve any issues or conflicts.

Team Leadership:
  • - Lead and motivate project teams, including consultants, developers, and data analysts.
    - Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
    - Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, and monitor their performance.
    - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team.

MDM Expertise:
  • - Develop a deep understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
    - Apply best practices and methodologies to project implementations.
    - Work with the technical teams to assure proper implementation of software solutions.
    - Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
    - 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in data management or data cleansing projects.
    - Strong understanding of Various Master (services, materials, assets, vendors, equipment etc.) Data in ERP systems.
    - Experience working with US, Europe customers. Industries focused are Manufacturing, Chemicals, Food and Beverages, Mining, Energy.
    - Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
    - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
    - Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
