As an IFS Ultimo Consultant, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that optimize asset performance and operational efficiency.

  • ">
  • Lead or support the implementation and configuration of IFS Ultimo modules (e.g., Maintenance Management, Asset Management, Safety Management).">

Key Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, customizing Ultimo workflows, forms, and reports to meet client needs, integrating Ultimo with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, IoT platforms), providing training and support to end-users and administrators, troubleshooting issues and providing ongoing system maintenance and enhancements, and participating in upgrade and migration projects.

  • ">
  • Proven experience working with IFS Ultimo in implementation, support, or consulting roles is required.">
  • A strong understanding of EAM principles and Ultimo's functional architecture is essential.">
  • Experience with Ultimo's configuration tools and scripting is necessary.">
  • Familiarity with integration protocols (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) is a plus.">
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are required.">
  • The ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment is essential.">
