Career Opportunity:

We seek a seasoned manufacturing systems leader to drive diagnostics, design and deliver cost-out programs that shape Industry 4.0 roadmaps and build business cases with measurable impact.

  • Lead end-to-end diagnostics across plants/value streams; baseline KPIs (OEE, FPY, throughput, cost/unit) and prioritize value opportunities.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive cost-out programs (Lean/TPM, yield & scrap reduction, energy/utilities optimization, maintenance strategy, network/footprint).
  • Develop strategic Industry 4.0 roadmaps (MES/SCADA/historian, IoT/edge, digital twins, APS, advanced quality analytics); implement pilots-through-scale with tangible results.
  • Build compelling business cases and benefit-tracking models; present findings to senior leadership.
  • Orchestrate multi-workstream programs with cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, OT vendors) while ensuring data, cyber and safety protocols are in place.
  • Cultivate high-performing consulting teams; contribute to proposal development and thought leadership initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience leading complex client engagements and multi-project programs.
