Job Title:

Senior Analog Circuit Designer

 

You are a seasoned circuit design engineer with expertise in CMOS processes and strong technical skills. You thrive in a dynamic environment, leveraging your knowledge to drive innovation and excellence.

 

With a solid understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuitry, you possess excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal development teams. Your familiarity with deep submicron process technologies and JEDEC requirements for DDR interfaces sets you apart.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing DDR I/O circuits to meet stringent performance and power requirements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate silicon IP into SoCs efficiently
  • Conducting detailed circuit simulations and layout verification to ensure design accuracy
  • Interfacing with internal teams to address design issues and implement solutions
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and technological advancements
  • Documenting design processes and methodologies for future reference and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with M.Tech or 5 years with B.Tech in CMOS circuit design and layout methodology
  • Strong knowledge of deep submicron process technologies and CMOS processes
  • Familiarity with JEDEC requirements for DDR interfaces and standards
  • Experience with ASIC design flow and ESD concepts is an advantage
