About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Education Strategist to join our team at Garage Collective Ind. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to drive growth, operational efficiency, and overall success of our digital education initiatives.

Job Description
  • Lead Generation & Marketing:
  1. Digital Campaigns: Develop and execute effective strategies for lead generation through online channels, collaborating with our marketing team to plan and implement digital campaigns that attract prospective students.
  2. Brand Visibility: Enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads through social media, email marketing, and SEO strategies.
College & Institutional Partnership:
  1. Nurturing Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to promote our programs.
  2. Representing the Institute: Represent the institute at college events, career fairs, seminars, and industry conferences to generate awareness and attract prospective students.
  3. Collaborative Partnerships: Develop collaborative partnerships with academic institutions for joint programs, internships, and training initiatives.
Enrollment Management & Conversion Optimization:
  1. Seamless Enrollment Experience: Drive the entire student enrollment process, from inquiry to admission, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students.
  2. Conversion Rate Optimization: Lead the counseling team in providing personalized guidance to potential students, addressing their concerns, and converting inquiries into admissions.
Training Program Customization:
  1. Quality Control: Oversee the execution and quality control of all training programs, ensuring they align with industry trends and meet our academic standards.
  2. Course Content Updates: Collaborate with faculty, trainers, and industry experts to update course content and ensure that programs deliver value to students.
Student Satisfaction & Engagement:
  1. Positive Student Experience: Ensure a positive student experience by addressing their concerns and providing regular feedback on their academic progress.
  2. Student Engagement Activities: Organize student engagement activities, mentorship programs, and events to foster a positive learning environment and increase retention.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Graduation is mandatory, with a Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related fields preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience: 5-6 years of experience in education management, business development roles, with proven experience in lead generation, college engagement, and enrollment management.
  • Skills: Ability to build and manage relationships with educational institutions and corporate partners, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle pressure and meet ambitious targets.
  • Behavioral Attributes: Go Getter spirit, solution-driven with accountability and integrity as core values.
Estimated Salary:

₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum
