Job Title: Adopt Enablement Data Migration Expert

The role of the Data Migration Expert is a key position within the organization, responsible for overseeing the overall end-to-end execution of data migration activities. This involves close collaboration with local business and functional teams while acting as a bridge between Global Data Migration Experts and Data Migration Execution teams.

This expert ensures that local requirements are accurately captured in conversion workbooks and effectively delivered during deployment. A strong leader, this person must be able to drive migration activities, verify data transformation tools and outputs, manage DMW load file preparation, execute DVT scripts, and coordinate defect resolution or escalation.

  • Serve as the deployment wave focal point for assigned data objects in scope for deployment or local data migration projects.
  • Collaborate with Business Data Owners, Functional Experts, ETL teams, legacy system teams, and deployment teams.
  • Drive migration activities for deployment projects.
  • Verify data transformation tools and outputs for deployment wave projects.
  • Manage DMW load file preparation and perform initial verification.
  • Execute DVT scripts and support defect/hypercare incident resolution for assigned data objects.
  • Coordinate defect resolution or escalate to Global Data Migration Experts as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of ERP project implementation experience, with strong data migration expertise.
  • Proven experience in data migration execution across multi-country, multi-system environments.
  • Familiarity with SAP BODS.
  • A thorough understanding of GxP and CSV requirements.
  • SAP Certification in at least one relevant functional area.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a global, matrix-based organization.
  • A strategic and hands-on mindset with experience running meetings, tracking progress, and managing issues.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages preferred).

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working in healthcare or regulated industry environments.
  • Prior experience leading data migration in large ERP programs.
