Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team as an Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building partnerships with schools and counselors, hiring the right talent, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and build relationships with schools, international counselors, and education partners.
  • Set up and attend B2B meetings to explore collaborations.
  • Help plan webinars, events, or info sessions with institutions.
Sales & Lead Management:
  • Engage with inbound leads (parents/students), explain services, and schedule consults.
  • Track sales pipeline and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the founder to improve conversion strategies.
Hiring & Talent:
  • Write and post job descriptions.
  • Manage the hiring process: sourcing, screening, scheduling.
  • Support onboarding of educators, counselors, and ops staff.
Business Operations:
  • Maintain internal trackers (sales, hiring, partnerships).
  • Conduct market research to support new initiatives.
  • Work closely with the founder to solve ad-hoc business problems.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, hiring, business development, or startup roles.
  • Confidence communicating with both students and professionals (parents, school admins, counselors).
  • Highly organized and proactive – you don't wait to be told what to do.
  • Excited by international education, youth development, or edtech.
