Job Description

We are seeking a skilled relationship manager to play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our NRI clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding the banking and investment needs of our clients and providing expert advice on financial products including NRI accounts, deposits, mutual funds, insurance, and investment options.

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of NRI clients.
  • Providing inputs on a wide range of financial products.
  • Maintaining proactive communication with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products based on client profiles and goals.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in NRI banking, wealth management, or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products relevant to NRI clients.
  • Excellent client engagement and customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
