Warehouse Management Solutions Lead

As a seasoned professional, you will lead the implementation and optimization of Warehouse Management solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in key areas such as demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end implementation of Warehouse Management modules.
  • Engage with senior business stakeholders to gather and analyze complex business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Provide strategic guidance on best practices and optimization of Warehouse Management solutions.
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide leadership in project delivery.
  • Participate in system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve high-level functional issues in Warehouse Management applications.
  • Document processes and provide training to end-users and team members.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as a functional consultant with Warehouse Management solutions.
  • Expertise in supply chain planning processes and Warehouse Management modules.
  • Familiarity with Integration for inbound and outbound interfaces connecting systems.
  • Strong understanding of master data management (Customers, Suppliers, Items).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and provide strategic direction to project teams.
