**Job Overview**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations and maintenance of the site to ensure smooth functioning and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and track operational expenses to maintain cost-effective operations.
  • Ensure that all operations comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and internal guidelines. Implement health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Develop, implement, and update operational policies and procedures to enhance site performance and ensure consistency in operations.
  • Efficiently manage and allocate resources (manpower, equipment, materials) to maximize productivity and minimize downtime, ensuring optimal site performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., HR, finance, procurement, logistics) to ensure site requirements are met, and operational objectives are achieved.
    • Monitor site performance metrics, PUE, KPIs, and operational reports. Identify trends, track progress, and report key insights to senior management.
    • Process Improvement :
      • Identify areas for operational improvement, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to improve site efficiency and productivity.
      • Stakeholder Management:
        • Work closely with senior management to align site operations with the broader organizational strategy and ensure long-term success.
        • Incident Resolution:
          • Develop and implement effective incident response protocols and workflows. Ensure timely identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of network issues to minimize service disruptions.
          • Team Development:
            • Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success.
            • Digital mindset:
              • Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience

• B.E- Mechanical / Electrical

• 15-18 years of experience in the Data Centers industry (high rise building / IT park / Commercial Building/Airport/Hospitals)

• Proven track record of successfully managing site operations
