Job Opportunity

Solar Power Project Manager is a key role in our team, responsible for overseeing the execution of commercial and industrial solar projects from planning to completion.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent project management skills, and experience with solar PV project components. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery and commissioning of projects while adhering to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop detailed execution plans and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Safety Management: Conduct risk assessments, prepare safety documents, and ensure compliance with client-side safety protocols.
  • Administrative Tasks: Create delivery challans, certify documentation, and coordinate with sales and accounts teams.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or BE (Electrical) graduate from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in site management of solar PV projects preferably up to 1 MW in size.
  • Technical expertise in electrical networks and solar power project design/execution.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD and MS Office.
