Job Title: Manager, Technology Regulatory Resilience

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Manager of Technology Regulatory Resilience. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the resilience of our technology infrastructure and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute our regulatory resilience roadmap.
  • Drive regulatory gap assessments and risk reviews across our technology estate.
  • Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to deliver targeted resilience and risk remediation workstreams.
  • Support technical briefings and regulatory engagements with regulatory authorities.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve resilience vulnerabilities and improve performance metrics.

About You:

  • Around 10 years of experience in technology with exposure to card payments, fintech or financial services.
  • Demonstrated understanding of operational resilience concepts, including RTO, RPO, SLOs, incident recovery and failover.
  • Experience conducting gap analyses or risk assessments in complex, regulated tech environments.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical and regulatory topics with clarity and confidence.
