Project Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an IT Project Coordinator. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and coordinate various IT projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule.

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, expenditures
  • Organizing attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
  • Documenting and following up on important actions decisions from meetings
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met
  • Determining project changes
  • Providing administrative support as needed
  • Undertaking project tasks as required
  • Developing project strategies
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
  • Assessing project risks issues and providing solutions where applicable
  • Managing stakeholder views towards the best solution
  • Chairing facilitating meetings where appropriate distributing minutes to all project team members
  • Creating a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal objective

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • IT project coordination with basic knowledge of IT infrastructure security
  • Experience in handling IT security projects 3+ years
