Talent Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day needs of our creators, while also building strong relationships and driving successful campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field. They will be responsible for proactively reaching out to brands, locking brand deals efficiently, and contributing to campaign development by sharing content ideas and understanding trends.

A high level of communication, negotiation, and organizational skills is essential for this role, as is a friendly and approachable personality that can maintain strong relationships with our creators.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creator Management: Manage creators' day-to-day needs and queries via email and other channels.
  • Brand Engagement: Proactively reach out to brands, act on incoming brand queries, and lock brand deals efficiently.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong, long-term relationships with creators.
  • Campaign Development: Contribute to campaign development by sharing content ideas and understanding trends.
