Job Title

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement Power Automate workflows using Power automate desktop tool (PAD).
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Design and implement end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
  • Work directly with clients to support various projects and solutions.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise.
  • Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365 can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.

Required Skills :

  • Ability to create business and IT processes with out-of-the-box and custom connectors with Microsoft Automate/Flow.
  • Ability to create and connect child flows.
  • Ability to leverage the use of Microsoft Power Automate or Azure Logic Apps.
  • A clear understanding of Power Automate functions and limitations.
  • Experience developing RPA with or within Microsoft Power Automate/Flow, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prisma, UI Path, etc.
  • Net development experience with familiarity with C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
  • Creating PowerShell scripts is plus.
  • Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences.
  • Strong business-to-technology translation skills are essential for identifying ways to apply solutions to help clients increase business value and performance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication.

Education : Bachelors degree or Equivalent.
