Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Power Platform Developer to join our esteemed MNC client's digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) along with automation capabilities. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient business applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Development & Customization :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps).

- Build automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.

- Implement data storage and integration solutions using Microsoft Dataverse.

- Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards & reports using Power BI.

- Leverage Power Platform connectors and APIs for system integrations.

Automation & Optimization :

- Identify process inefficiencies and implement automation solutions using Power Platform.

- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 tools and third-party applications.

Technical Architecture & Governance :

- Define architecture, data models, and application lifecycle management best practices.

- Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and governance standards.

Collaboration & Support :

- Work with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and end-users, to gather requirements.

- Provide technical guidance, best practices, and mentorship to junior team members.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and development environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- Proven experience (8-15 years) in designing, developing, and deploying solutions on Microsoft Power Platform.

- Strong hands-on experience with :

1. Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps)

2. Power Automate

3. Power BI (Data modeling, DAX, visualization)

4. Dataverse

- Automation & Integrations (APIs, custom connectors)

- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure services, and SharePoint integration.

- Experience with Power Platform administration & governance.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.

Educational Background :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Microsoft Power Platform certifications preferred.

Additional Details :

Work Mode : Remote (with monthly travel to Mumbai for 2-3 days - travel expenses covered by client)

Work Timings : As per Indian business hours with occasional flexibility for global collaboration.

Interview Process : 2-3 rounds of virtual interviews (Technical & HR).
