Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Jira administrator to lead our team in managing, optimizing, and scaling our Atlassian environment. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Jira projects, workflows, schemes, custom fields, permissions, and notifications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and customize Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence
  • Develop scalable Jira solutions that meet business requirements
  • Maintain governance, standards, and best practices for Jira usage across the organization
  • Manage user access, roles, and security settings in line with organizational policies
  • Monitor Jira system performance and conduct regular health checks
  • Integrate Jira with other enterprise tools and platforms (e.g., Slack, GitHub, Jenkins, ServiceNow)
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and metrics to support leadership and operational teams
  • Mentor and guide junior Jira administrators or support staff

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 7 to 9 years of experience in Jira administration, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role
  • Strong knowledge of Jira Software (Cloud and/or Data Center) and Confluence administration
  • Proven experience designing complex workflows, schemes, and automation rules
  • Hands-on experience with Jira integrations, APIs, and add-ons/marketplace apps
