Murex Implementation Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Murex implementation project manager to lead our offshore team in delivering successful projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Murex architecture and at least 6+ years of experience in Murex project management & program management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team to deliver the Murex upgrade program from an offshore location.
  • End-to-end execution of projects, including project initiation, planning, scheduling, execution, and completion.
  • Stakeholder communication, stakeholder management, and fostering strong relationships with clients, team members, and end-user stakeholders.
  • Risk identification, issue management, critical path activity tracking, and solution development.
  • Provide status updates to all stakeholders.
  • People management and resource allocation.
  • Project status tracking and governance setup.

Mandatory Skills:

  • At least 15+ years of experience in Murex implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Murex architecture and ability to comprehend end-to-end processes.
  • Subject matter expert in at least one Murex module (MxML & Back Office Workflows, Datamart Reporting, or Front Office).
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Offshore delivery management experience.
  • Team management experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience handling at least one Murex upgrade project and project management tools exposure (Jira, etc.).
